Your Consignment

ČD-Kurýr will deliver your consignments
- reliably, with guaranteed delivery 30 minutes after the train’s arrival unless specified otherwise
List of stations in the ČD-Kurýr and InterKurýr systems (from 6 March 2011) - on the next suitable train (ČD-Kurýr connection)
- for a uniform price regardless of distance
- for a discounted price if sending a larger volume of consignments
- 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday (at selected ČD stations)
When sending consignments using the ČD-Kurýr service, it is necessary to comply with the following terms and conditions:
- submit each individual piece for transport as a separate courier consignment
- pack your consignment, and additionally tie larger consignments
- label the consignment with the address of the recipient and the name of the destination station, and fill in the shipping form
- maximum weight 15 kg
- maximum value CZK 50,000
- minimum dimensions must allow for sticker attachment (c. 210 x 110 mm)
- adhere to the maximum allowed dimensions of courier consignments

How to calculate the maximum dimensions of a specific consignment
- In the first line and column of the table, the first and second maximum dimensions of a consignment are specified. The third maximum dimension can be found at the intersection of a given line and column, for example if the consignment has dimensions of 10 cm and 30 cm, the third dimension cannot exceed 100 cm.
- For consignments of a cylindrical shape, the diameter of the cylinder is used for the first and second dimensions.
- It is possible to transport objects up to 2 m in length, but the other dimensions (or diameter) must not exceed 20 cm.
- For dimensions falling between the set values, the higher value is always used for purposes of determining maximum dimensions. For example, if a consignment has a first dimension of 38 cm and a second dimension of 63 cm, the third maximum dimension is determined by the intersection of the dimensions 40 and 70 cm, which is 30 cm.
ČD-Kurýr consignments must not contain
- objects which have an inherent potential to cause damage to the carriage, to human health or to other property (weapons, explosives, poisonous, radioactive, volatile and caustic substances, items causing nausea or infection)
- live animals
- cash and personal documents
