Delete Account

Procedure for Deleting Your User Account for the ČD Website www.cd.cz

If you would like to delete your account, proceed as follows:

1.  On www.cd.cz select „Log in“ in the top right.

2.  Log into your account using your username and password.

3. Your username will appear in the login area. Click on it.

4. Open the summary option for your user account. In the menu on the left click on „Delete account“.

5. You will be prompted to confirm the deletion of your account. If you are sure you wish to delete it, click „Yes“. Otherwise, click „No“.

6.  This deletes your account and you will be returned to the ČD website as an anonymous user.
