Esko in 2011

The timetable for 2011 valid from 12 December 2010 brought many changes of varying extents which were made in response to public demand for rail transport, construction on the railway and the economic situation. The Esko suburban and city lines in Prague and the Moravia-Silesia region were affected by the changes as well.

Esko Prague

• The new Esko line S20 from Prague to Milovice was introduced and is served by the modern CityElefant trains (the service is operated on weekdays)
• Lines S8 (Prague – Čerčany) and S80 (Prague – Dobříš) start and terminate at Prague Main Station (Praha hl.n.).
• Pantograph trains operating on weekends were replaced with modern air-conditioned CityElefant trains.
