Bonuses for Self-Service and Cashless Ticketing

Passengers who pay for tickets cashlessly, or who purchase them using ticket vending machines or the ČD eShop, can save up to 6% off purchased fares.

Bonus for cashless payment

• for passengers who pay at ticket counters, ticket vending machines or when purchasing from the conductor on board the train using the electronic wallet on their ČD In-karta card
• 3% of the price of travel documents purchased is credited back to the electronic wallet

Bonus for self-service purchasing

• for passengers who purchase travel documents at a ticket vending machine or using the eShop
• 3% off the price of travel documents purchased as an instant discount rounded down to the next whole crown

Bonuses are available for the following types of travel documents:

• one-way tickets, return tickets and one-week commuter tickets
• one-day ČD Net, ČD Net region, SONE+ and SONE+ region network tickets including their cross-border variants
• reservations and SC reservations (including seat reservations with a reservation for a bicycle as oversized luggage), with the exception of special prices for reservations and SC reservations, and fees for reserving a place for passengers or a bicycle per the TR 10 Tariff, purchased at a ČD ticket counter

Bonuses can be added up. Bonuses cannot be credited to a provisional In-karta card or temporary paper In-karta/RailPlus card, or to an In-karta card which has been blocked. Bonuses are credited to the electronic wallet account no later than on the first day of the month following the transaction date. For purchases made aboard a train there may be a delay of up to 5 days. The amount of bonus credit for one electronic wallet is limited to a maximum of CZK 1,000 for a calendar month.
