Assistance in foreign countriesIn the appendices, we provide basic information on the provision of assistance services in foreign countries, as published by the respective responsible entities (carriers, infrastructure managers, or state-authorized service providers). If you need to arrange for assistance services abroad, in most cases it is sufficient to submit a request via the ČD order form, which is then processed by ČD’s Central Customer Service in cooperation with connecting carriers. In cases where ČD cannot provide this service, you can submit a direct request for assistance using the contact information listed in the appendices for the respective entities/carriers. Note: The appendices are in English; to translate them into Czech, right-click and select “Translate to Czech.”
