Annual evaluation: On 1 January of each year, the company account will always be zeroed out, and the discount for which the company qualified on 31 December of the previous year will be applied.

How to register in the e-shop as a company?

I already use the ČD e-shop

If you are already registered on the ČD website as a physical person, you can easily extend your registration in your user profile. There you can enter information about your company. Then we will activate your corporate registration and your purchases will be recorded. In the same place you will also see a sum of your purchases and the discount you have earned for subsequent purchases in the e-shop.

I have not yet made a purchase in the ČD e-shop

If you are not yet registered, you must first register as a physical person. After entering your registration information, you must activate your new account using the link that you will receive by e-mail. After logging in on www.cd.cz, you can use the login box which you will find at the top right of each page. Here, by clicking on your name, you will see your user profile, where you can enter information about your company. Then we will activate your corporate registration and your purchases will be recorded. You can change the information in your user profile at any time. In the same place you will also see a sum of your purchases and the discount you have earned for subsequent purchases in the e-shop.

How to request payment by invoice

I’m already registered as a company

If you have already activated your registration as a company, you can easily submit a request for payment by invoice. Just log in and go to your user profile. Here you can then activate the information about the company, including a request to enable payment by invoice. In the same place you will also see the status of your request, the sum of your purchases and the discount you have earned for subsequent purchases in the e-shop.

I’m registered as a physical person

If you are already registered as a physical person, you can easily extend your registration in your user profile. Here you can then enter the information about the company and check “yes” by the request to enable payment by invoice. Then we will activate your corporate registration and your purchases will be recorded. In the same place you will also see the status of your request, the sum of your purchases and the discount you have earned for subsequent purchases in the e-shop.

I have not yet made a purchase in the e-shop

If you are not yet registered, you must first register as a physical person. When paying by invoice, do not select the payment method; this is set automatically. You will receive the ticket immediately without needing to make a payment right away. Individual purchases will be added up in your user account, and every ten days we will issue an invoice for the tickets purchased and send it to the address entered during registration.

You can request to cancel payment by invoice on obchod@gr.cd.cz or by making the change in your user profile. At present, cancelling payment by invoice will cause the earned percentage discount to be lowered to the basic level.
