What IN Business offers

The IN Business ticket is intended in particular for employee business trips.

With the IN Business offer, you will have a unique opportunity:

to travel without limitation in 1st and 2nd class
to have your oversized luggage or dog transported free of charge
to receive free seat reservations in the ČD e-shop, with the exception of SC seat reservations and Business seat reservations for railjet trains

The IN Business ticket is recorded on an In Karta card. This means that you needn’t purchase any other tickets – simply show the conductor your In Karta card on the train.

We offer IN Business for 3 months or 1 year.

The IN Business ticket does not include an electronic wallet or the RAILPLUS discount.

Terms and conditions of the IN Business application on an In Karta card

We sell the IN Business network ticket as an In Karta card application valid for 3 months or 1 year. The IN Business ticket is intended in particular for companies wishing to address the issue of employee business trips. The three-month variant of the IN Business ticket for a special price is intended for companies wishing to try out train travel without purchasing tickets. The ticket is transferable; it can thus be used by any company employee for his or her business trip.

Advantages of the IN Business ticket

travel aboard all ČD trains in 1st or 2nd carriage class without purchasing additional tickets (for SC Pendolino trains and other required-reservation trains, it is always necessary to purchase a seat reservation as well)
free transport of one dog or one piece of oversized luggage (e.g. a bicycle); when using the luggage storage during transport service, you will pay a one-off storage fee
free inland seat reservations in the ČD e-shop (always only one seat reservation per train and route for the selected date and time), with the exception of SC seat reservations and Business seat reservations for railjet trains

An In Karta card with the IN Business application can only be requested from ČD on České dráhy, a.s., Generální ředitelství, nábř. L. Svobody 1222, 110 15 Prague 1, E-mail: obchod@gr.cd.cz.

No provisional In Karta card is issued for the IN Business ticket. In Karta cards with the IN Business application do not contain the RailPlus discount or an electronic wallet.

Examples of using IN Business

Journey by SC Pendolino train from Prague to Ostrava with IN Business, 1st class ... from CZK 35 (the passenger does not purchase a ticket; it is only necessary to purchase a reservation for the SC Pendolino train, which ranges in price from CZK 35 to CZK 250 according to the usage of the specific train)
Journey by InterCity train from Prague to Ostrava with IN Business, 1st class ... free (the passenger does not purchase a ticket; a seat reservation can be purchased for CZK 35 or obtained in the ČD e-shop free of charge)

Can multiple employees of our company travel on a business trip using one In Karta card with the IN Business application?

No. Only one person at a time may travel on one In Karta card with the IN Business application. After the business trip is over, however, he or she can hand over the In Karta card with the IN Business application to a different employee, who can then set off on another business trip.

How long does it take to produce an In Karta card with the IN Business application?

From the day your request is submitted, the processing and production of the chip card take approximately 4 weeks.

Is it possible to arrange an In Karta card with the IN Business application online or at the station?

No.

How can I get IN Business?

It is only possible to request an In Karta card with the IN Business application through the ČD General Directorate, Department of Products and Sales, nábř. L. Svobody 12, 110 15 Praha 1, e-mail: obchod@gr.cd.cz.
