Terms and conditions for MPS Länderbahn and MPS Bärenstein tickets

An MPS Länderbahn ticket can be used on the following lines:

• 147 Cheb – Vojtanov – Plauen and return
• 148 Cheb – Aš – Selb-Plössberg/Selb Stadt – Hof and return
• 179 Cheb – Schirnding – Marktredwitz and return

An MPS Bärenstein ticket can be used on the following line:

• 137 Vejprty – Bärenstein – Cranzahl and return

Types of MPS Länderbahn and MPS Bärenstein tickets

• for adults (15 and older) – one-way or return
• for children (6-14) – one-way or return
• for bicycles – one-way only
• for dogs – one-way only

Validity of travel documents

• a one-way ticket is valid until 6:00 (a.m.) on the day following the first day of its term of validity
• a return ticket is valid until 24:00 (midnight) on the day following the day indicated on the ticket as its first day of validity

Other terms and conditions of MPS Länderbahn and MPS Bärenstein tickets

• tickets valid exclusively on direct trains between the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany
• travel documents can be purchased at all ČD ticket counters and from the conductor on the train
• valid in 2nd class, and no upgrade to 1st class is possible
• valid in Germany with the carriers Vogtlandbahn and Oberpfalzbahn, and with the carrier Agilis only in the Selb-Plössberg – Selb Stadt segment
• tickets not valid with the carrier DB or with the carrier Agilis in the Selb-Plössberg – Hof segment

Transporting bicycles and dogs

You can transport bicycles as part of the MPS Länderbahn and MPS Bärenstein offers on the selected route using a one-way travel document for CZK 50. Dogs outside of a completely enclosed container can be transported as part of the MPS Länderbahn and MPS Bärenstein offers on the selected route using a one-way travel document for CZK 35.
