Order of assistance for persons with reduced mobility and orientation 1/3

Are you a person with limited mobility and orientation planning a journey by train? We're happy to transport you aboard our trains. To ensure a smooth journey, including all transfers, please make your travel arrangements or book transport assistance at least 24 hours in advance. For journeys with a transfer, please allow sufficient time at the station in question. If you’re travelling abroad, or if it’s necessary to extraordinarily add a carriage with a platform lift, then please book your journey at least 48 hours in advance.
