In Karta with the IN 100 discount

the ticket is non-transferable and issued for a specific person
travel in 2nd class without purchasing tickets

passengers with tickets for 2nd class can purchase SC reservations for CZK 35 - 500
passengers with tickets for 1st class can purchase SC reservations for CZK 100 - 500

Shared IN 100

unlimited travel in 2nd class for up to 4 regular passengers
free transportation of a piece of accompanying luggage, or a dog
free seat reservations in the ČD e-shop, except for trains/sections with mandatory reservations

Shared IN 100 is loaded onto a virtual In Card. This means that you do not need to buy any more tickets and just show the QR code of the virtual In Card to the conductor on the train.

Virtual IN Business

travel in both 1st and 2nd class without buying tickets (ČD trains within the Czech Republic)
transferable ticket, can be used by anyone
option for 20 or 50 regular passengers

when traveling by SC Pendolino train in 2nd class, it is necessary to purchase a seat reservation for a price of 35 to 500 CZK (price varies depending on the chosen day and connection)
when traveling by SC Pendolino train in 1st class, it is necessary to purchase a seat reservation for a price of 100 to 500 CZK (price varies depending on the chosen day and connection)
seat reservations for other domestic connections free of charge in My train App
