What the Flexi Ticket offers
If you purchase a ticket in the ČD e-shop, you will receive a free seat reservation for long-distance ČD trains, with the exception of SC seat reservations and Business seat reservations for railjet trains. This ticket cannot be used for intra-regional journeys by Regional trains (Os) and Regional fast trains (Sp) in the territory of the South Moravian Region and the Zlín Region. |
Is a one-way ticket at the regular fare linked to a specific train or connection?
No. You can use a one-way ticket at the regular fare at any time during its term of validity aboard any ČD train on the route specified on the ticket. You must always start your journey on the first day of the ticket’s term of validity. If you miss your planned train, for example, you can use the same ticket on the next ČD train.
How long is a regular one-way ticket valid?
One-way tickets for distances up to 50 km are valid until 6:00 a.m. on the day following the first day of validity. One-way tickets for distances of 51 km or more are valid until 24:00 (midnight) on the day following the first day of validity. In either case, however, you must always start your journey on the first day of the ticket’s term of validity.
Does the state regulate the price of the regular fare?
Yes. The price of the regular fare is regulated by an assessment of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic.
